Mawlid: a complete reading of the Dalāʾil al-Khayrāt
A day devoted to celebrating the birth of the Prophet ﷺ: a complete reading of the Dalāʾil al-Khayrāt in Shaykh Muḥammad al-Yaqoubi's taḥqīq, the transmission of the ijāzāt, and the completion of the Burda.

On the occasion of the Mawlid, we invite you to a day given entirely to prayer upon the Prophet ﷺ: a complete reading of Imam al-Jazūlī's Dalāʾil al-Khayrāt, accompanied chapter by chapter by Imam al-Būṣīrī's Burda.
Programme
- Opening with the recitation of the noble Qur'an.
- A reading of the introduction to the Dalāʾil al-Khayrāt written by our noble Shaykh Muḥammad al-Yaqoubi (may Allāh preserve him).
- A complete reading of the Dalāʾil al-Khayrāt in the taḥqīq established by the Shaykh.
- After each chapter of the Dalāʾil, a chapter of the Burda, so that the Burda too is completed in the course of the day.
- A reading of poems and qaṣāʾid in praise of the Prophet ﷺ.
- The reading and transmission of the ijāzāt of the Dalāʾil al-Khayrāt by several muqaddams present in France.
- A meal will be served to those attending.
The ijāzāt
The transmission of the ijāzāt will connect each participant directly to Imam al-Jazūlī through an unbroken chain, granting the authorisation to read this collection and to transmit it in turn.
The day begins at 2 pm in Massy, Île-de-France.
