The data controller is the association L'Héritage du Prophète ﷺ. For any question, you may contact us at contact@lheritageduprophete.com.

We only collect data that is strictly necessary:

• Contact details (name, email address, message) when you use our contact form.
• Email address, when you subscribe to our newsletter.
• Registration details for a gathering: title, full name, email address, telephone number and postal address — for you and for anyone you register — along with any note you leave us.
• Your email address alone, if you ask to be told when a place opens up.
• Anonymised browsing data, for audience measurement and to improve the site.

Your data is used only to:

• Respond to your messages and requests.
• Send you, with your consent, our announcements and news.
• Organise the gatherings: count who is coming, and prepare the welcome, the spaces and the catering.
• Write to you about a gathering you have registered for, and send you our post.
• Understand the use of the site in order to improve it.

One registration may cover several people. By registering someone else, you pass us their data: please make sure they agree, and tell them that we hold it. The confirmation email says so, and carries the cancellation link.

Anyone registered this way may ask for their data to be erased, or their place cancelled, by writing to contact@lheritageduprophete.com.

Processing is based on your consent (form, subscription) and on the association's legitimate interest in ensuring the proper functioning and improvement of the site.

Your data is kept for as long as necessary for the purposes described, then deleted or anonymised. Contact requests are kept for at most three years after the last exchange; newsletter subscriptions, until you unsubscribe. Registrations for a gathering are kept for a hundred and eighty days after the date of the gathering; after that, attendees' details are deleted and only the headcounts remain.

Your data is neither sold nor transferred. It may be processed by our technical providers (hosting, email delivery) acting on our behalf, in compliance with regulations. Donations are handled by our secure payment provider, which does not share your bank details with us.

Registration lists are available only to the members of the association organising the gathering and running the welcome desk, for as long as it takes to prepare and hold it.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• The right to access, rectify and erase your data.
• The right to object to and restrict processing.
• The right to data portability.
• The right to withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@lheritageduprophete.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.

This site uses a minimum of cookies, necessary for its operation and, where applicable, for audience measurement. You can configure your browser to refuse them; some features may then be limited.
